Golden Globes 2026: the Outfits

The golden globes were this weekend and two films really stole the most awards:One Battle After Another and Hamnet!(not hamlet!)Of course the most important thing to mention is that the outfits at the golden globes were either great or…not so much.Ill talk about my favorite and least favorite outfits along with the nominations they received.

Emma Stone was nominated for the film Burgonia, and arrived in a Louis Vuitton yellow two piece.This look was a miss for me;the top and the skirt don’t complement each other at all.
Miley Cyrus
Miley Cyrus
Though Miley Cyrus wasn't nominated for an award, this Saint Laurent ensemble was far more stunning than some of the actual nominees' outfits. To be honest, it could do without the sunglasses in this photo.
Dakota Fanning
Dakota Fanning
Dakota Fanning was nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role on Television in the Netflix series Ripley. But most importantly, the Vivienne Westwood dress that she was wearing had major WOW factor.

Jenna Ortega was nominated for, none other than, the popular series Wednesday.
The show is relatively good according to the views online, but I really wish I could say the same for this Dilara Findikoglu outfit. It's like the idea probably looked better before it became a reality; she seems like she couldn’t decide between dressing up as Dracula or a beach theme. This look is a miss for me.

Teyana Taylor was nominated for One Battle After Another star and Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role.Some said she was the best dressed at the golden globes, and for the most part, I agree! This Schiaparelli gown screamed elegance.The most obvious thing I need to address about this outfit is the brooch…this outfit would’ve been a 10/10 without it.

Jessie Buckley was nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture Drama,and won! If only she could’ve won with this Dior outfit to match…The shape of this dress is definitely not traditional and reminds me of a towel.If you’ve been to Sabrina Carpenter’s tour like me, you know that she pulled the towel outfit off way better than Jessie. (Sorry not sorry Jessie)
