Condiments Lineup: Mayonnaise?
by: James Mello

Mayo is a very contraversial subject. Here are some interviews about thoughts on mayo.
Mr. Shupe- Used as a base for all dips. There is no BLT without mayo. Love the squeeze bottles with the lines to be able to go back and forth, which makes it easy to cover the entire bread. Texture is the best part. You don't eat mayo for the flavor. Mayo helps give flavor to other ingredients. Prefer ketchup over mayo when eating fries.
Jett Sanders- It's awful, because it takes like ketchup mixed with mustard and expired eggs.
Woods Dunnavant- It has to be mixed with something to be good.
Maeve King- Terrible plain and to make it good you have to mix a very thin layer of it with something.
Ryder Bryant- Good on a sandwich.
Thomas Curry- I don't like it.
Pradhon Pradeep- A good base, beautiful texture, well condensated, but not my favorite condiment.
Devon Patel- Mayo is trash.
Danny Donaldson- Terrible. Mayo is like garbage.
Jackson Fields- It's good on some sandwhiches, not good on others, and it's awful on its own.
Whitman Lumpkin- I hate it. Am I being interveiwed? I have actually never had it before, but it looks disgusting even though it looks like yougurt which I love, but from what I heard just no.
Jay Weaver- It's terrible. I would never eat it with anything.
Harper De Leon- I like mayo but if I have too much, it makes my stomach hurt.
Gray Doheny- It smells like garbage and it tastes like it too.
Arnav Ponugoti- Mayonaise is amazing with tuna. Anyother mayo combanation I don't really know, but if it takes like mayo and tuna, it's amazing.
